Every project starts with open, two-way communication to align on requirements and terms. From there, we put together a brief and concept note to set the creative direction. Once the project is confirmed and the advance is in place, production kicks off, and we share supporting assets like storyboards and mood boards to keep you in the loop. We're committed to the timelines we promise, and we'll deliver the first draft of the edit within that window. From there, you're welcome to three rounds of revisions to fine-tune the final output. Since every client comes with a unique vision, our team tailors its focus to match what matters most to you.

Every project runs through the same QC framework, no matter where it's shot. We standardize gear specs, technical workflows, and review checkpoints, and our teams meet regularly to share new techniques and stay aligned on craft.

Costing confirmed? We take 50% upfront to begin, and the remaining 50% on final delivery. Simple as that.
